Cancellation Policy
Appointment & Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Out of respect for my time and other clients wishing to book, the following policies are in place to ensure fairness and availability for everyone. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows enough time to offer the appointment to another client. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service. Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows Appointments cancelled within 6 hours of the scheduled appointment time, or missed appointments (no-shows), will be charged 100% of the booked service, as the appointment time cannot reasonably be filled on short notice. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to avoid disrupting other scheduled clients. The full service fee will still apply. Repeated Late Cancellations Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule with short notice may be required to prepay in full to secure future bookings. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
